Summary

I. – À l’alinéa 2, après la référence : « I. – » insérer la phrase suivante : « Si la personne qui est dans un coma ou un état végétatif irréversible a produit des directives anticipées qui prévoient l’accès à l’aide à mourir, ses volontés s’imposent aux professionnels de santé suivant le patient. Dans ce cas, le II du présent article ne s’applique pas. » II. – En conséquence, complé ter cet article par l’alinéa suivant : « II. – L’article 18 de la présente loi n’est pas applicable pas aux personnes ayant manifesté leur volonté par l’intermédiaire des directives anticipées mentionnées à l’article L. 1111‑11 du code de la santé publique . »
