L’article L. 2122-1 du code de la commande publique est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « L’acheteur peut se procurer en direct, sans formalité, publicité ni mise en concurrence préalables, des produits alimentaires répondant à un besoin et présentant une origine unique et territorialisée. Ces dispositions sont applicables dans la limite d’un montant total annuel inférieur à 80 000 euros. »
