Cet accompagnement peut être assuré par un membre d’une organisation religieuse ou spirituelle, en fonction des choix du patient, dans le respect de ses croyances personnelles. L’équipe médicale veille à ce que le patient puisse bénéficier de cet accompagnement, en collaboration avec les autorités compétentes des cultes et des philosophies de vie. »
