L’alinéa 36 est ainsi modifié : 1° À la dernière phrase, substituer aux mots : « par voie réglementaire » les mots : « par un décret en Conseil d’État » ; 2° Compléter l’alinéa par la phrase suivante : « Il impose aux personnes exerçant des activités mentionnées au 1° et au 2° de l’article L. 254‑1, souhaitant réaliser des activités mentionnées au 3° du même article de mettre en place une séparation opérationnelle entre ces activités ».
