Pour l’exécution des contrats de travaux de bâtiment et de travaux publics nécessaires pour remédier aux conséquences de la calamité naturelle mentionnée au I de l’article 11 de la présente loi, la sous‑traitance est limitée au second rang pour les marchés passés en lots séparés et au troisième rang pour les marchés non allotis. Le sous‑traitant est considéré comme un entrepreneur principal à l’égard de ses propres sous‑traitants.
