Summary

L’article 1519 C du code général des impôts est ainsi modifié : 1° À la première phrase du 1°, le taux : « 50 % » est remplacé par le taux : « 30 % » ; 2° Après le 4° , il est inséré un 5° ainsi rédigé : « 5° 20 % sont affectés aux établissements publics de coopération intercommunale littoraux en proximité immédiate d’où des installations sont visibles. Une fraction de ce produit peut être ultérieurement réaffecté aux communes non-littorales desdits établissements publics de coopération intercommunale. »
