Le code pénal est ainsi modifié : 1° Après le premier alinéa de l’article 131‑4, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « 1° A Quinze ans au plus ; » ; 2° Le premier alinéa de l’article 421‑5 est remplacé par deux alinéas ainsi rédigés : « L’acte de terrorisme défini à l’article 421‑2‑1 est puni de quinze ans d’emprisonnement et de 225 000 euros d’amende. « L’acte de terrorisme défini à l’article 421‑2‑2 est puni de dix ans d’emprisonnement et de 225 000 euros d’amende. »
