Après l’alinéa 4, insérer les deux alinéas suivants : « 2° bis Après ledit premier alinéa, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « « Cet arrêté a pour seul objet de faire la jointure avec la procédure judiciaire. Il est automatiquement abrogé dès que le parquet a renoncé aux poursuites, dès que l’amende forfaitaire délictuelle a été payée ou dès que l’autorité judiciaire a décidé d’infliger ou d’exonérer l’intéressé de la peine complémentaire prévue à l’article L. 332‑11. » ; ».
