Summary

Substituer aux alinéas 5 et 6 les cinq alinéas suivants : « 3° L’article L. 124‑8 est ainsi modifié : « a) Au troisième alinéa les deux occurrences du nombre : « 40 000 » sont remplacées par le nombre : « 20 000 ». « b) Au quatrième alinéa le nombre : « 200 » est remplacé par le nombre : « 50 ». « c) Il est ajouté un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « « La Haute Autorité est préalablement saisie, dans les mêmes conditions, lorsque l’autorité hiérarchique envisage de nommer une personne fournissant ou ayant fourni des prestations de conseil dans le secteur privé lucratif au cours des trois dernières années. » »
