I. – À l’alinéa 3, substituer aux mots : « disproportionnée de l’auteur qui s’est senti offensé par la victime » les mots : « de l’auteur qui, en l’absence de danger imminent, constitue des actes de violences disproportionnés eu égard aux faits, qu’ils soient réels ou supposés, qu’il estime avoir subi envers lui-même ou autrui ». II. – En conséquence, procéder à la même substitution à l’alinéa 5.
