Summary

I. – L’article 200 quater C du code général des impôts est ainsi modifié : 1° Au 1, l’année : « 2023 » est remplacée par l’année : « 2025 » ; 2° Au même 1, après le mot : « système », sont insérés les mots : « de charge » ; 3° Au 5, le montant : « 300 € » est remplacé par le montant « 600 € ». II. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une  taxe additionnelle à l’accise sur les tabacs, prévue au chapitre IV du titre I er du livre III du  code des impositions sur les biens et services III. – Le I n’est applicable qu’aux sommes venant en déduction de l’impôt dû.
