I. – L’article 1609 H du code général des impôts tel qu’il résulte de l’article 103 de la loi n° 2021‑1900 du 30 décembre 2021 de finances pour 2022 est abrogé. II. – La perte de recettes pour l’établissement public local Société du grand projet sud-ouest est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle à l’accise sur les tabacs prévue au chapitre IV du titre I er  du livre III du code des impositions sur les biens et services.
