Summary
Le code général des impôts est ainsi modifié : 1° Après le cinquième alinéa de l’article 787 B, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « a. bis L’âge d’au moins un des donataires doit être compris entre dix-huit et soixante ans au jour de la transmission. » ; 2° En conséquence, après le b de l’article 787 C, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « b. bis L’âge d’au moins un des donataires doit être compris entre dix-huit et soixante ans au jour de la transmission. »
