I. – L’alinéa 4 du 6° du 1 de l’article 80 duodecies du code général des impôts est complété par les mots : « , ainsi qu’à l’indemnité mentionnée au III et au IV de l’article L. 2121‑24 du Code des transports ». » II. – La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle à l’accise sur les tabacs prévue au chapitre IV du titre I er du livre III du code des impositions sur les biens et services.
