Summary

I. – À l’alinéa 1, substituer au montant : « 43 710 636 106 € », le montant : « 44 140 636 106 € ». II. – En conséquence, après la trente-sixième du tableau de l’alinéa 2, insérer une ligne ainsi rédigée : «  Fonds de soutien exceptionnel pour le bloc communal face à l’inflation 250 000 000  » III. – En conséquence, à la deuxième colonne de la dernière ligne du tableau de l’alinéa 2, substituer au montant : « 43 710 636 106 € », le montant : « 44 140 636 106 € ». IV. – Compléter cet article par l’alinéa suivant : « La perte de recettes pour l’État est compensée à due concurrence par la création d’une taxe additionnelle à l’accise sur les tabacs prévue au chapitre IV du titre I er  du livre III du code des impositions sur les biens et services. »
