Summary
L’article 1383 du code général des impôts est ainsi modifié : 1° La première phrase du deuxième alinéa du I est complétée par les mots : « ou la supprimer ». 2° Après le premier alinéa du II, il est inséré un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « La commune peut, par une délibération prise dans les conditions prévues à l’article 1639 A bis et pour la part qui lui revient, limiter ou supprimer l’exonération prévue au premier alinéa du présent II. »
