Summary
Mr. Christophe Naegelen draws the attention of the Minister of National Education to the precarious situation of delegated teachers of private education under contract and the opening of competitions allowing their tenure. There are four times more delegated teachers in the private sector than in the public sector, with salary scales presenting significant salary gaps given that in the private sector delegated teachers continue to be paid on the basis of auxiliary teachers whose grid was abandoned in the public more than twenty years ago. Not to mention significant pay delays, remuneration which does not include school holidays, a demand for flexibility on their part increasing their workload, their teaching conditions today rhyme with precariousness. To get out of this precariousness and the difficulty of their working conditions, the competitions reserved for recognition of acquired professional experience (RAEP) constitute a privileged route to entry into their profession as a holder. However, the competitions allowing a RAEP to be claimed for delegated teachers are not automatically renewed each year. While the terms of organization of recruitment for the 2019 session will be announced in the note of service to be published in the Official Bulletin of July 19, 2018, he asks him to be fully vigilant regarding the situation of delegated teachers and to open competition places allowing the tenure of these experienced teachers. Also, he asks him to kindly tell him according to which timetable these competitions will be open for 2019.
