Summary

M. Christian Hutin attire l'attention de Mme la ministre des sports sur la problématique de la réglementation concernant les signaleurs. Ceux-ci doivent obligatoirement être titulaire du permis de conduire au prétexte de garantir une meilleure sécurité. Cette exigence réglementaire, abusive pour bon nombre d'associations et de bénévoles qui encadrent diverses manifestations sportives et autres, met en péril les associations de signaleurs. Il souhaiterait savoir si un assouplissement de cette réglementation pourrait être envisagé.
