Summary
Mr. Jean-Jacques Gaultier draws the attention of the Minister of Solidarity and Health to social security fraud. In 2011, the national delegation for the fight against fraud noted very significant documentary fraud in the allocation of registration numbers to the national directory for the identification of natural persons. That would be 1.8 million social security numbers assigned on the basis of false documents! The estimate of this falsification could be estimated at 14 billion euros per year. In December 2018, the Senate adopted an amendment providing for the Government to submit to Parliament an information report on the extent of this fraud, known as documentary, relating to the allocation of social security numbers but the National Assembly did not follow, the Secretary of State for Digital, Mr. Mounir Mahjoubi having ensured the determination of the Government to fight massively against documentary fraud and the existence of regular monitoring of documentary and social fraud. Consequently, he asks him to indicate the real means implemented to effectively combat this fraud and to communicate to him the results thereof.
