Summary
Mr. Vincent Descoeur draws the attention of the Minister of Agriculture and Food to the difficulties encountered in private agricultural education and in particular those of agents classified in category 3 called “teaching assistants”. A working group was already set up on this subject in July 2018 but the resulting measures seem far from meeting the challenges. Indeed, the FEP-CFDT denounces the insufficiency of number of promotions proposed in view of the workforce concerned: 6 and 7 promotions for the years 2017 and 2018 for 86 agents as of September 1, 2017, a possible multi-annual programming of competitions without firm commitment from the ministry, and the number of places in internal competitions which would remain insufficient. Also, the FEP-CFDT requests that more resources be given to private agricultural education agents so that they can exercise their profession in decent conditions of practice and career development. He would therefore like to know whether he plans to take significant and lasting reclassification measures for these agents.
