Ms. Émilie Bonnivard draws the attention of the Minister of State, Minister of Ecological and Inclusive Transition, to the subject of methanization, a biological process making it possible to produce biogas (methane) generated by biowaste and to use it as a source of energy with the return of the methanization residue to the ground to enrich it. In January 2019, the Government presented its multi-annual energy programming (PPE) to the 2028 horizon, in which the French executive envisages a share of biogas in the total gas consumption of the French of 7%.
