Summary

M. Bernard Perrut attire l'attention de M. le ministre de l'intérieur sur les 680 000 conducteurs qui roulent sans permis en France. En effet, selon l'Observatoire national interministériel de la sécurité routière (ONISR), près de 700 000 Français conduiraient sans permis. Parmi eux, plus des deux tiers n'ont jamais passé l'examen, et l'ONISR estime que, depuis 5 ans, il y aurait 30 % de conducteurs illégaux en plus. Aussi il demande au ministre les intentions du Gouvernement afin d'augmenter les contrôles et prendre les mesures qui s'imposent.
