Ms. Émilie Bonnivard draws the attention of the Minister of State, Minister of Ecological and Inclusive Transition, to the activities of the Savoyard Association for the Development of Renewable Energies (ASDER), a structure recognized nationally for the quality of its training and for its innovations in distance training (massive training with several MOOCs, massive open online course) which has been available since 2017 nearly 20,000 participants.
