Summary

M. Bernard Perrut attire l'attention de M. le ministre d'État, ministre de la transition écologique et solidaire, sur l'inquiétant état des lieux de la biodiversité à l'échelle de la planète. Il semblerait qu'entre 500 000 et un million d'espèces pourraient disparaître sur les 8 millions estimées sur la terre, et beaucoup interviendraient dans les prochaines décennies. Toutes les catégories du vivant (animaux, insectes et végétaux) sont concernées par cette accélération de l'extinction selon le constat dressé par un récent rapport de l'ONU. 75 % de l'environnement terrestre a été altéré par les activités humaines (déforestation, agriculture intensive, surpêche, urbanisation galopante, mines) et 66 % de l'environnement marin est également touché. L'être humain dépend de la nature pour boire, respirer, manger, se chauffer ou se soigner. Aussi, il lui demande quelles mesures le Gouvernement entend prendre à l'échelle de la France afin de limiter ce déclin de la biodiversité.
