Summary

M. Jean-Charles Larsonneur interroge M. le ministre d'État, ministre de l'intérieur, sur la formation continue des policiers municipaux. L'arrêté du 3 août 2007 modifié par l'arrêté du 14 avril 2017 prévoit pour les agents habilités à porter une arme mentionnée au 1°, a du 2° et 3° de l'article R. 511-12 deux séances par an d'entraînement, dispensées par le centre national de la fonction publique territoriale (CNFPT). Dans ce cadre, ils sont parfois contraints à de longs trajets alors qu'il existe des centres de tirs de la police et de la gendarmerie nationales à proximité. Il souhaiterait donc savoir dans quelles conditions ces installations pourraient être mises à la disposition du CNFPT.
