Summary

Ms. Frédérique Meunier draws the attention of the Minister of Solidarity and Health to the European directive relating to the sale of tobacco products. Indeed, on January 1, 2017, European directive 2014/40/EU relating to the sale of tobacco products and to which the e-liquid sector (for electronic cigarettes) is associated, came into force on French territory. This directive requires manufacturers to declare to of ANSES the products placed on the French market. This declaration concerns nicotine products with a maximum capacity of 10ml. To do this, manufacturers must have their products analyzed and declare the recipes on a European platform (the data being collected by ANSES and logically verified).
