Mme Virginie Duby-Muller interroge M. le ministre de l'intérieur sur le non-respect des arrêtés municipaux, pendant la période de confinement. Plusieurs maires souhaiteraient que la police municipale puisse verbaliser avec un procès-verbal électronique (PVE), via l'Agence nationale de traitement automatisé des infractions, le non-respect d'un arrêté municipal par la création d'un code NATINF, à charge ensuite de rentrer différents arrêtés municipaux dans les PVE. Elle souhaite connaître son analyse sur cette problématique.
