Summary

Mrs. Yolaine de Courson draws the attention of the Minister of the Armed Forces to the project to revise the very low altitude network (RTBA). The MP welcomes the outcome of the consultation work initiated in 2018 with the Ministry of Ecological Transition and which allowed a first revision of this zoning in order to facilitate the installation of wind turbines throughout France. She regrets, however, that this revision is now questioned and wishes to bring to the attention of the Minister the harmful consequences that these changes could cause. Global warming and all the environmental consequences that result from it are the major challenge facing humanity for centuries to come. France intends to play its role and this is a strong expectation of citizens, as proven by the success of the climate convention for the climate. There multi-annual energy programming, a major strategic tool of the ecological transition policy, plans to double the power of onshore wind power installed by 2028 and the installation of more than 6,500 additional wind turbine masts. The constituency in which the MP is elected in Côte-d'Or is identified as an area with potential for wind power development and numerous reasoned projects have seen the light of day over the past few years. recent years; it would be particularly impacted by the revision of RTBA zoning as it is imagined today. Beyond the interest in producing renewable energy with a very low carbon impact, the establishment of wind farms is also a significant source of additional income for communities and allows them to carry out particularly important development projects in rural areas. Review this zoning will inevitably lead to a reduction in the potential for the development of clean energies as well as the resulting economic benefits in a large part of the Côte-d'Or. Also, she would like to know the solutions that could be implemented in order to re-study this project to reconcile ecological transition, territorial development and maintenance of effective training and patrol zones for the armed forces.
