M. M'jid El Guerrab interroge M. le secrétaire d'État auprès du ministre de l'Europe et des affaires étrangères, chargé du tourisme, des Français de l'étranger et de la francophonie, sur la situation des Français établis hors de France ne pouvant pas se faire vacciner. En effet, ils sont nombreux à ne pas pouvoir se faire vacciner pour des raisons médicales et donc ne peuvent pas intégrer le passe sanitaire français. Ainsi, il souhaiterait connaître les solutions mises en place pour les personnes dans cette situation.
