Originaltext der Frage(n):<br /> <br /> Wie ist es zu heutigem Datum um den "faktischen Ausschluss" von Kernkraft bestellt, und hat die EU-Kommission die Taxonomie-Verordnung letztlich so "ausgelegt und entschieden", wie vom durch den heutigen Bundeskanzler Olaf Scholz seinerzeit geführten Bundesministerium der Finanzen (BMF) erwartet (vgl. BMF in seiner Weisung an den deutschen Vertreter im Ausschuss der Ständigen Vertreter, AStV, für die 2741. AStV-Tagung: "Kernkraft soll zwar nicht explizit ausgeschlossen werden; der Ausschluss soll aber faktisch über Verschärfungen beim "do no significant harm" und der Betonung der "life cicle" [sic!: Anm. d. Verf.] Betrachtung erreicht werden, wenn auch mit dem Restrisiko, dass letztlich KOM die Verordnung auslegt und entscheidet.")?
