Substituer aux alinéas 1 et 2 les cinq alinéas suivants : « I. – Le second alinéa de l’article L. 2151‑2 du code de la santé publique est remplacé par quatre alinéas ainsi rédigés : « Est interdite la création, la modification ou l’implantation : « - d’un embryon humain par adjonction de cellules provenant d’une autre espèce ; « - ou d’embryon animal par adjonction de cellules provenant de l’être humain. « La création et l’implantation d’embryons transgéniques est interdite. »
