Summary

I. – Le titre XI du livre I er du code civil est ainsi modifié : a) Après l’article 427, il est inséré un article 427‑1 ainsi rédigé : «  Art. 427‑1 . – Les mesures de protection juridique sont publiées par une inscription sur un registre dont les modalités et l’accès sont réglés par décret en Conseil d’État. »  b) L’article 477‑1 est abrogé ; II. – L’article 427‑1 du code civil entre en vigueur à une date fixée par décret et au plus tard le 31 décembre 2026.
