Summary

I – À la première phrase de l’alinéa 1, substituer aux mots : « en notifie le projet par acte extra judiciaire » les mots : « fait signifier l’intention ». II – En conséquence, à la seconde phrase du même alinéa, substituer aux mots : « notification se fera par la publication dans un journal d’annonces légales au lieu de situation du bien » les mots : « signification s’effectue dans les formes prévues à l’article 659 du code de procédure civile. Elle doit être accompagnée d’une publication dans un journal d’annonces légales ou habilité à recevoir les annonces légales. »
