Le code de commerce est ainsi modifié : 1° À l’article L. 232‑24 les mots : « puisse faire », sont remplacés par le mot : « fasse » ; 2° L’article L. 611‑2 est ainsi modifié : a) Au deuxième alinéa du I, le mot : « peut » est supprimé et le mot : « obtenir » est remplacé par le mot : « obtient » ; b) Au premier alinéa du II, le mot : « peut » est supprimé et le mot : « adresser » est remplacé par le mot : « adresse » ; c) Au deuxième alinéa du II, les mots : « peut également faire » sont remplacés par les mots : « fait également ».
