Summary

Nul inspecteur ne peut refuser d'inspecter un établissement à la demande de sa hiérarchie.  S'il pense être dans une situation particulière, telle qu'un conflit d'intérêt, justifiant son retrait pour une inspection particulière, l'inspecteur concerné remet une demande de décharge spécifiquement motivée pour validation au Rectorat.  En cas de non-validation de la demande de décharge dans les trois mois, l'avis est réputé défavorable et l'inspecteur devra effectuer cette inspection dans le mois qui suit.
