The individual training right is financed by a 1% levy on the official allowances of elected officials and benefits all elected officials, compensated or not. The association of mayors of Doubs has obtained approval from the Ministry of the Interior as a training organization for local elected officials since 2006. Ms. Annie Genevard questions the Minister of National Education and Youth about the information reported by the weekly Le Point reporting the Turkish Head of State's desire to open Turkish schools in France. According to an article in Le Figaro, Recep Tayyip Erdogan instructed a Turkish delegation to go to France on May 20 and 21, 2019, in order to observe international high schools there. La réforme de la justice adoptée il y a quelques mois avait d'ailleurs confirmé la possibilité pour les assurés sociaux de pouvoir se représenter eux-mêmes ou de se faire assister par une association spécialisée comme la FNATH, sans avoir l'obligation de recourir à un avocat. La possibilité de se faire assister par une association spécialisée permet de garantir pour de nombreux justiciables, outre l'expertise, la possibilité d'accéder à une justice à faible coût. La FNATH précise être favorable, dans la continuité et dans le respect de l'esprit de la loi, à instaurer une représentation obligatoire mais en prévoyant, outre l'assistance d'un avocat, la possibilité d'être assisté par une association reconnue et compétente. Aussi, elle souhaiterait connaître la position actuelle du Gouvernement sur cette question.
