Summary

Après l’article 25 de la loi n° 83‑634 du 13 juillet 1983 portant droits et obligations des fonctionnaires, il est inséré un article 25  bis ainsi rédigé : «  Art. 25  bis  A . – Préalablement à sa prise de fonctions, tout agent public signe une charte solennelle visant à garantir le respect des principes de la République. Les modalités d’élaboration de cette charte sont fixées par décret pris en Conseil d’État. »
