Après le 8° de l’article L. 143‑4 du code rural et de la pêche maritime, il est inséré un 9° ainsi rédigé : « 9° Les aliénations à titre onéreux de biens, droits immobiliers et bâtiments mentionnés à l’article L. 143‑1, lorsque l’acquéreur justifie, au moment de l’aliénation, d’un projet de reprise ou d’installation ayant reçu la certification par le comité de pilotage régional au titre d’un projet d’avenir agricole mentionné au II de l’article L. 611‑1‑1. »
