Après l’article L. 211‑1‑1 du code de l’environnement, il est inséré un article L. 211‑1‑2 ainsi rédigé : « Art. L. 211‑1‑2. – Les ouvrages qui permettent de stocker l’eau issue des dispositifs de drainage sont présumés d’intérêt général majeur. Ils sont exclus du champ d’application de l’autorisation environnementale prévue à l’article L. 181‑1 du code de l’environnement. »
