Après l’alinéa 4, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « 1° bis Au premier alinéa de l’article 2495, les mots : « de justificatifs » sont remplacés par les mots : « d’un titre de séjour mentionné au titre III du livre II ou au titre II du livre IV du code de l’entrée et du séjour des étrangers et du droit d’asile, accompagné d’un passeport biométrique en cours de validité, comportant une photographie permettant l’identification du titulaire ».
