Rédiger ainsi cet article : « Après le I de l’article 1613 bis du code général des impôts, il est inséré un I bis ainsi rédigé : « I bis . – Les boissons présentant un titre alcoométrique acquis de plus de 1,2 % vol. comportant une adjonction de substances ayant un effet stimulant sur le corps dont la liste est fixée par arrêté et qui comprend notamment la caféine, la taurine et la guaranine sont soumises à la même taxe. »
