Après l’alinéa 5, insérer l’alinéa suivant : « I bis . – Les pharmaciens de la pharmacie hospitalière à usage intérieur mentionnée au second alinéa du VI de l’article L. 1111‑12‑4 qui ne souhaitent pas participer à la mise œuvre de ces procédures doivent informer sans délai les professionnels de santé de leur refus et leur communiquer le nom de pharmaciens disposés à participer à cette mise en œuvre ».
