Avant le 1 er janvier 2024, il est instauré un prix minimum de vente des boissons mentionnées à l’article L. 3322‑1 du code de la santé publique. Ce prix ne peut être inférieur à un seuil fixé à 0,50 € par unité d’alcool. Les modalités d’application sont déterminées par décret en Conseil d’État.
