Après l’alinéa 7, insérer un alinéa ainsi rédigé : « III. – La publicité du dispositif d’aide à mourir est interdite. Le fait, pour une personne physique ou morale publique ou pour une personne privée, de s’y livrer, par écrit ou par oral, constitue une provocation au suicide d’autrui réprimée par l’article 223‑13 du code pénal. Seuls les médecins en exercice assurent l’information sur le dispositif d’aide à mourir, mais uniquement à la demande du patient. »
