Summary

Après l’alinéa 2, insérer les cinq alinéas suivants :  « II. – Le III de l’article L. 230‑5‑6 du code rural et de la pêche maritime est ainsi modifié : « 1°    L’année : « 2023 », est remplacée par l’année : « 2025 » ; « 2° Les mots : « dès lors qu’ils proposent habituellement un choix multiple de menus, » sont supprimés ; « 3° Les mots : « quotidiennement le choix d’un menu végétarien » sont remplacés par les mots : « une option végétarienne à tous les repas ou, chaque semaine, deux menus végétariens sans autre choix. » « III. – Le I et II du présent article entrent en vigueur à compter du 31 décembre 2024. » »
