Après l’alinéa 7, insérer un alinéa suivant : « Ces dérogations peuvent notamment être accordées aux projets ayant pour objet la création de logements accessibles ou adaptés aux personnes âgées ou en perte d’autonomie, notamment par transformation, restructuration, changement de destination ou extension d’une construction existante, ainsi qu’aux opérations de réalisation de résidences autonomie, d’habitats inclusifs ou d’ensembles de logements adaptés à ces publics. »
