Summary

Le deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 123‑1 du code rural et de la pêche maritime est ainsi modifié : 1° Les mots :« , par la Constitution d’exploitations rurales d’un seul tenant ou à grandes parcelles bien groupées, » sont supprimés. 2° Après le mot : « soumis », sont insérés les mots : « dans le respect de l’environnement et des paysages, en favorisant l’installation d’exploitants agricoles et les projets agroécologiques tels que définis à l’article 1 du présent code ».
