Après l’article 222‑37 du code pénal, il est inséré un article 222‑37‑1 ainsi rédigé : « Le transport, la détention, l’offre, la cession, l’acquisition ou l’emploi illicites de stupéfiants sont punis de quinze ans d’emprisonnement et de 10 000 000 euros d’amende lorsque ces infractions sont commises concomitamment au port ou à la détention illégale, prévue à l’article 222‑52, d’une arme de la catégorie A ou B mentionnée à l’article L. 311‑2 du code de la sécurité intérieure. »
