I. – Rédiger ainsi l’alinéa 6 : « Le conseil municipal se prononce par délibération motivée, dans un délai de quinze jours à compter de la réception de l’avant‑projet. Les projets relevant de l’article L. 181‑28‑2 ne peuvent être autorisés lorsque la commune concernée ou bien la majorité des communes limitrophes, ont émis un avis défavorable. » II. – Supprimer les alinéas 7 et 8.
