Summary

I. – Le chapitre unique du titre V du livre II de la partie 4 du code de la défense est ainsi modifié : 1° À l’article L. 4251‑4, après le mot : « disciplinaire », sont insérés les mots : « , aucune réduction ou annulation de prime annuelle » ; 2° Le deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 4251‑5 est complété par les mots : « , notamment pour ce qui a trait aux calculs des primes ou à l’évaluation de l’employé ». II. – L’article 225‑1 du code pénal est ainsi modifié : 1° Au premier alinéa, après le mot : « syndicales », sont insérés les mots : « ou dans une réserve opérationnelle » ; 2° Au second alinéa, après le mot : « syndicales », sont insérés les mots : « ou dans une réserve opérationnelle ».
